LuLu's Teahouse and Treasures respects the fact you work hard as a vendor and works hard to support this. Our booth rental rates may be considered a tiny bit higher than others, but we do not charge a large percentage of your sales in addition to the rental rate. We also provide our vendors with many benefits needed to assist you in ensuring your inventory and sales are management efficiently so you can realize optimal payouts. Some of the benefits include: 

• Vendor Portal -inventory management, reporting, payments, sales management. 
• Barcodes - all your inventory can be monitored and managed through barcodes printed at home (aligned to vendor portal inventory management) 
• Online Store with Online sales portal - LuLu's Teahouse will pull inventory and place it in a locked locker for you so it is not sold in the time of sale and mailing. 
• Direct deposit for sales at the end of the month. 
• Expansive marketing plans with highlighted vendors weekly and monthly on multiple social media avenues and through local advertising and events.
• Front window displays - each month 2 vendors will be selected to be featured in the front windows of the store. 
• Reduced booth rental at LuLu's Teahouse and Treasures sponsored events in Albemarle. (Second Saturday events, Christmas and holiday events) 
• Opportunities to reduce monthly booth rate.
